  • Our vision for these roughly 99 acres is a residential neighborhood consistent with the established development pattern in the area and the surrounding uses. This new neighborhood is proposed to consist of 182 for sale homes geared towards growing families or move-up buyers. An additional 54 apartments will be dedicated for low-income households.   • We are requesting a rezone to allow for residential use.

  • Escalating operational and maintenance costs combined with decreasing rounds and revenue lead to the closure of the Salt Creek Golf Course in 2018. Since then, the former course is fenced off. We believe this change will provide much needed market rate and affordable housing, new trails and parks.

  • We pride ourselves on being a good neighbor. From one-on-one community engagement and small group meetings to public workshops and open houses, there are a variety of ways we’ll be interacting with the community and providing updates on the project.
