Our vision for these roughly 99 acres is a residential neighborhood consistent with the established development pattern in the area and the surrounding uses. This new neighborhood is proposed to consist of 182 for sale homes geared towards growing families or move-up buyers. An additional 54 apartments will be dedicated for low-income households. Escalating operational and maintenance costs combined with decreasing rounds and revenue lead to the closure of the Salt Creek Golf Course in 2018. Since then, the former course is fenced off. We believe this change will provide much needed market rate and affordable housing, new trails and parks.
